Dancing Thru the Decades

Dancing Thru the Decades

Thank You for Supporting the 2nd Annual Dancing Thru the Decades Fundraiser!

On Saturday, September 13, we celebrated an unforgettable evening at the Council on Aging of St. Lucie, Inc.’s 2nd Annual Fall Fundraiser—Dancing Thru the Decades! This exciting event brought together the community for an evening of nostalgic fun, incredible music, dancing, and vibrant costumes representing the most iconic decades in history.
It was a night full of energy and memories, but more importantly, it was a night that made a real difference. Thanks to the generosity of our guests, sponsors, and community partners, we successfully raised funds that will directly benefit vital programs at the Council on Aging. These programs provide critical services, including Adult Day Care, Meals on Wheels, In-home Support, and transportation, ensuring that seniors in St. Lucie County continue to receive the care they deserve.

Your Impact: Helping Seniors in Our Community

The funds raised will support essential services that are crucial to our seniors, including:
  • Meals on Wheels: Providing nutritious meals to homebound seniors
  • Transportation Services: Ensuring seniors have access to reliable transportation
  • Adult Day Care: Offering a safe and engaging environment for seniors during the day
  • In-home Care & Companionship: Assisting seniors with daily tasks and offering companionship
  • Wellness Checks & Social Engagement Programs: Keeping seniors connected with their community

A Heartfelt Thank You

We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this event possible: our sponsors, volunteers, attendees, and local partners. Your support and generosity have helped us build a stronger future for our seniors. Together, we celebrated the past while helping to ensure a brighter tomorrow.
Though Dancing Thru the Decades has come to a close, the impact of your support will continue to be felt by seniors across St. Lucie County.

Looking Forward

Thank you again for making this event such a success. Let’s continue to work together to make every decade count for our seniors, for our community, and for a better future!
